"Threshold Rep Theatre is a relatively new community theatre in Charleston. I have now seen more than nine shows there. The performances are excellent with talented actors and knowledgeable directors representing a wide range of theatre.. The venue is small (90 - 100) so that there is a desirable closeness to the action. The price is always reasonable, sometimes well below many other local theatres. The location is very handy and accessible with parking and restaurants nearby. All things considered, Threshold represents one of the best theatre experiences in Charleston"

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Probably what I like most about Threshold is the intimacy of the theater. There are no bad seats, and as an audience member, I felt enveloped by the plays I was watching because I was so close to the action."
