FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where can I park?

There are multiple options for parking around the theatre. Parking meters are free after 10pm Monday-Saturday and free all day Sunday. There's also the Wentworth garage a block away and the George Street parking lot, both $2 an hour. They accept cash and card.

2. What is seating like at the theatre?

We are a 99-seat black box theatre. Seat formation will depend on the set-up of the stage. All seats are general admission, except for season subscribers who have the option of reserved seating.

3. Is the theatre handicap accessible?

Yes. Our two front doors can both open, accommodating someone in a wheelchair or walker. Upon entering the theatre, we do have seating close to the entering aisle with no stairs. If you would like to reserve this seating, please email or call us before attending a performance at the theatre. We’d be happy to help accommodate you.

4. What time does the box office open?

The box office and will call opens 1 hour prior to showtime.

5. What time do the theatre doors open before a show?

We aim to open the house 30 minutes prior to the start of a show. This may differ by a few minutes depending on artist, technical, and administrative needs.

6. Do you accept late entry?

We will allow people to be seated up until 15 minutes after the show begins. If a party arrives after that time, they will be asked to reschedule their tickets for another performance.

7. Are there concessions available?

We offer m&ms and an assortment of beer, wine, soda, and water, all at convenient prices. You are also welcome to take your concessions into the theatre.

8. Are there any places to eat/drink around the theatre?

We are fortunate to be located just a block off of King Street, where you have options ranging from BBQ, to Oriental, to American, and everything in between. Some of our personal favorites include Nick's BBQ, Fire Street Food, CO, and Muse Restaurant and Wine Bar. Muse is one of our season sponsors, and is located just 2 doors down from the theatre. They offer food and drink specials for theatre patrons.

9. What do I wear?

We encourage everyone to enjoy theatre in a casual atmosphere.
